You are hereby notified of the Annual Nomination Meeting of the Society, which will take place following our service on April 12, 2026, at 1212 – 1 Street NW.

The purpose of the meeting is to vote on the presented nominees for GoodTree Church Elders.

APPOINTMENT OF 2025 AUDITOR

• Motion: We, the members of GoodTree Church, move that [Auditor] be appointed to audit the financial statements of GoodTree Church (nee Crescent Heights Baptist Church Society) for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.

PRESENTATION OF NOMINEES

ELDER ELECTION via Paper Ballot

• VOTING PROCEDURE: Elder elections require a Special Resolution. According to our bylaws, Special Resolutions require 75% approval to pass, compared to 50% + 1 for General Resolutions. Results will be tallied and announced as pass or fail.
• Motion: We, the Members of GoodTree Church, move that the new slate of Elder nominees, as presented by the present Elder Board, be placed on the official ballot for election to the new Elder Board.
