We are excited to announce that this summer’s day camp theme is Illumination Station! Illumination Station will help children discover that Jesus is the Light of the World. Throughout the week, kids will explore Bible stories that shine a light on who Jesus is and why His truth matters in our everyday lives. Through worship, hands-on crafts, Bible lessons, fun games, and missions moments, children will learn how to reflect God’s light in their homes, schools, and communities. We can’t wait to see our church filled with laughter, learning, and lives illuminated by the love of Christ this summer!
Elementry Camp is open to kids going into Grades 1- 6 in the fall, with two weeks available. Please note that campers may register for one week only, as both weeks will offer the exact same program. Limiting registration to one week per child allows more families the opportunity to experience camp and ensures we can welcome as many kids as possible for a fun and meaningful week together.
Week 1: July 27-31
Week 2: August 10-14
Camp runs daily from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We also offer free pre-care from 8:00–9:00 AM and aftercare from 4:00–5:00 PM to help accommodate your family’s schedule.
The cost is $150/ camper. If you are in need of financial assistance or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us at 1212summercamps@gmail.com. We’re happy to help and want to make camp accessible for every family.
Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than one month prior to the start date will receive a refund minus a $20 administrative fee. For cancellations made within one month of camp, a refund will be issued minus a $40 supply fee, which helps cover materials and supplies purchased in advance.
Volunteering at summer camp is more than just filling a spot—it’s stepping into a meaningful role that helps create a safe, joyful, and faith-filled experience for every child who walks through our doors. We take this commitment seriously and ask that everyone who signs up does so because they genuinely want to be here and feel called to serve. Your main role is to actively engage with the children—welcoming them, building relationships, encouraging participation, and helping create a safe, fun and inviting environment throughout the week. To ensure every volunteer has a clear purpose and no one is left standing on the sidelines, each week of camp is capped. All volunteers are required to attend mandatory training so you feel prepared and confident in your role.
At this time, we have reached full capacity for volunteers for the summer. If you would like to be added to a waitlist in case spots open up, please email us at 1212summercamps@gmail.com.
Quite simply, camp would not happen without you—thank you for taking a week to serve and invest in the lives of our children!
We will kick off the summer with a Youth Volunteer Camp (July 16-18) for all youth (entering grades 7-12) who will be serving at lease one week of camp this summer. This will be a weekend of training, team-building, and discipleship as they get ready to lead and serve.
Please note: If you are signing up for Youth Camp, you do not need to fill out the separate Volunteer Form. Youth Camp participants are expected to serve as volunteers for at least one week of the elementary Camp. The Volunteer Form is only for those who wish to volunteer but are not attending Youth Camp.
The cost is $75 per camper.
Youth Camp is now at full capacity. If you are interested in attending, please email us at 1212summercamps@gmail.com to be placed on the waitlist. Thank you for your interest in Youth Camp!
Refund Policy:
Cancellations made more than 7-13 days prior to the start date will receive a refund minus a $20 administrative fee. Cancellations 7–13 days before camp may receive a 50% refund, which helps cover materials and supplies purchased in advance.
We’re looking for adult volunteers to help lead and mentor students during our Youth Volunteer Camp (July 16–18)! This weekend is designed for youth entering grades 7–12 who will be serving at least one week of Elementary Camp this summer, and will focus on training, team-building, and discipleship as they prepare to lead and serve. Adult leaders will play an important role by encouraging students, helping facilitate activities, and creating a Christ-centered environment throughout the weekend. If you have a heart for investing in the next generation and would like to serve alongside our camp team, we would love to have you join us as a volunteer leader.
