Hello Church!

As announced during the May 10th Sunday service, there will be an annual meeting to vote on the proposed budget and update the congregation on church business.

Members please make every effort to be there. Anyone is welcome to sit in on the meeting, but only members may vote.

Meeting Date: Sunday, May 31, 2026

To: All members of the GoodTree Church Society

You are hereby notified of the annual Budget Meeting of the Society, which will take place following our service on May 31, 2026, at 1212 – 1 Street NW.

The purpose of the meeting is to approve the 2026–27 Proposed Budget and the minutes of the Nominations Meeting held on April 12, 2026.

Please see the agenda for meeting order and official motions.

  • Refreshments will be provided by Friday Night Life D-Group for a short break between the service and the meeting.

  • Motions will be approved by a raise of hands, unless otherwise requested.

  • This information can also be be found on the church lobby bulletin board or in the e-mail entitled " GoodTree Church - Annual Budget Meeting - May 31, 2026"
