Details: This year camp is called SCUBA: Diving into friendship with God. Our one week of full-day camp focused on what in means to be in relationship with God and have him in our lives.

Location: 1212 1 St NW, Calgary, AB T2M 2S3

Time: 9 AM to 4 PM (Optional pre-care 8-9 am or post-care 4-5:00 pm)

Age: For kids going into Grade 1 to Grade 6

Cost: $120 per child including morning and afternoon snacks (please send your child with lunch). There is a $20 non-refundable cancellation fee included in the registration for cancellations at any time.

Payment: Please send payment upon registration to secure your spot.

This year, summer camps are being run by 1212 Ministries (The New Combined Church and Blessed Christian Church.) Payments will be made and processed through Crescent Heights Baptist Church.

Payment Options:

The preferred payment option is via E-Transfer to “info@crescentheightsbaptist.com”

Cheque or cash to Crescent Heights Baptist Church through the offering box on Sundays is also accepted .

PLEASE MAKE A NOTE ON ALL PAYMENT OPTIONS “1212 Summer CAMP REGISTRATION” with your childs name.

Please note that registration is limited and is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Each camp is capped at 50 kids. Payment is necessary to secure your spot.

Payment must be made within one week of registration to confirm your childs spot in camp. A confirmation of payment email will go out within 2 business days of your payment.

Illness Disclaimer:

While we will be adhering to Alberta Health's Guidelines for Day Camps as closely as possible, there are inherent risks involved with gatherings of any kind at this time. If you choose to send your child, you are allowing 1212 Summer Camp leaders to use their discretion in terms of health and safety concerns. By registering your child, you understand that we, as 1212 Ministries, do not take responsibility for medical issues that may arise from participating in a camp where the registered children will be in close proximity to each other. By registering your child, you are granting permission for your child to potentially frequent the public playground (and the like) on-site which is not monitored or sanitized.

Children with any symptoms of illness should refrain from attending. Children who show symptoms of sickness will be promptly sent home.

Volunteer For 1212 Summer Camp!

Details: Volunteer for 1212 Summer Camps this year. The theme is SCUBA: Diving into friendship with God. Our one week, full-day camp focused on what in means to be in relationship with God and have him in our lives.

Time: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Age: Must be going into Grade 7 or older to volunteer but volunteers of all ages (grade 7 to age 70+) is welcome! Grade 7-9 volunteers are limited but can be placed on a waitlist if it is full.

Dates: July 22-26 and/or August 5-9 and mandatory volunteer training on July 13th from 9-12. Volunteers can choose to volunteer for one or both weeks! We will also be hosting a volunteer summer camp for grade 7-12 volunteers. See below for details

1212 Ministries Summer Camp!

VOLUNTEER YOUTH CAMP

July 11-13, 2024

Registration Open March 15, 2024 @9AM

Details: Overnight youth summer camp that is focused on teaching, training and equipping youth to become the best leaders they can be. It will be a fun filled 3 day, 2 night camp at the church with worship, lessons, activities, games and meals! Formal volunteer training will also be tagged on to the last day of this youth camp on Saturday July 13th from 9am-12pm. We love our volunteers so much and we are excited to create a new camp for them to come hang out with friends, learn about God and have a weekend for them!

Location: 1212 1 St NW, Calgary, AB T2M 2S3

Time:

• Drop Off: July 11- 4:00PM

• Pick Up: July 13 - 12:00PM

Who: For youth going into Grade 7 to Grade 12 who are also volunteering for at least one week of 1212 Summer Camps.

Cost: $75 per youth - includes: 5 meals + snacks, activities and stay. A $20 non-refundable cancellation fee is included in the $75 dollar registration.
