1. Mental Health Resources:

   COVID-19 has been impacting us all in different ways, whether emotionally, financially, mentally, or physically. As such, we wanted to share this mental health resource with our congregation. Sanctuary Ministries has released "The Sanctuary Course" for free (with code MENTALHEALTH). "The Sanctuary Course is for anyone who wants to learn about faith and mental health. It requires no previous training or expertise—just a willingness to engage in dialogue with other believers." It is structured for small group use, though it is adaptable for individuals, couples, or families to use.
