“Encounter” (defn) - unexpectedly experience or be faced with something.

We encounter many things in life, but the greatest encounter anyone can ever have is an encounter with Jesus Christ. Encountering the Creator of the Universe and Savior of the World will undoubtedly leave anyone facing some things that they have not faced before.

This week we again see what happens when the Master, Jesus Christ, encounters a seeker in need of a new life. Zacchaeus, future pastor of the church of Caesarea, meets his Lord – and his life is never the same!
